He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marsh and Audrey Marsh (Shipp); his children-in-law, Danielle Marsh and Michael DeLong; his grandson Gabriel DeLong; and his brother-in-law David Waits.
He is survived by: his partner Lou Ann Jones of Winchester; his children, Chad Marsh (Maggie Bach) of Amelia, Josh Marsh (Stacy) of Winchester, Niki DeLong of Winchester and Samantha Jones of Hillsboro, OR; his grandchildren, Jozlynn Marsh of Winchester, Audrey Marsh of Amelia, Hayley Parrett of Winchester, Noah DeLong of Hillsboro, OR and Eli DeLong of Winchester; his siblings, Cathy Schmidt (Chris) of Cincinnati, Melinda Marsh of Cincinnati, Charlie Marsh (Patti) of Mason, Danny Marsh of New Richmond, Patty DeMaris (John) of Batavia and Amy Ferrier (Bob) of Seattle, WA; and his siblings-in-law, Patti Lowe (Mark) of Peebles, Rick Waits (Angie) of Peebles, Kevin Waits (Misty) of Winchester and Carol Waits of Hillsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
