He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis Evans Jacobs and Fred Allen Daulton; his children, Ethan Daulton (Gabby) and Shelby Craig (Zach); his granddaughters, Sydney Daulton and Molly Daulton; his brothers, Doug Purtee (Dreama) and Jamie Purtee (Dina); and his close friends, Nick Coffey and Kyle Oyler. He is also survived by 6 nieces, 2 nephews.
