He was predeceased by: his parents, Farmer Couch and Georgia Mae Couch (Stewart). He is survived by: his wife Christine Couch of Winchester; his daughters, Donna Couch of Hamilton County, OH and Tonia Couch West of Mt. Vernon, KY; his stepchildren, Aaron Alexander (Jessica) of Ripley and Michelle Couch (Rodney) of Berea, KY; and his sister Wilma Collins of Berea, KY. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
