He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale L. Mathias Sr. and Mary Lou Hodges Mathias; and his siblings, Dr. Dale Mathias Jr. and Judy Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua, Jimmy and Matthew; his siblings, David Lee Mathias (Brittany) of Winesburg, OH, Betty Duvall of Akron, OH and Beth Ann Richards (George) of Winesburg, OH; and his close friends, Brian, Ashley Yoder, Nate and Karen Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
