He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Ray" Phillips and Phyllis Phillips; and his son Brenton. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Phillips; his sons, Nicholas (Alissa) and Nathan; his stepsons, Sam Russell (Angie) and Isaac Russell (Kassidy); and his grandchildren, Henry and Lainey. He is also survived by other extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carlson Funeral Homes - Garrettsville (8382 Center St, Garrettsville, OH 44231). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Cemetery Windham-Parkman Rd.
