He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Warren; his girlfriend Maureen Finnerty; his siblings, David Warren (Mary Ellen) and Debra Miller (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Casey, Lacey, Chelsie, Kylie, Elaine and Jessica; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison, Keegan, Liam, Rowan, Fraya, Raena, Vera, Zenya, Amelia and Kenley; and his friends, Jay Schwartz, Kim Molnar and Ken Folsom.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sly Family Funeral Home (15670 W High St, Middlefield, OH 44062). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
