She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Sneltzer and Hazel Sneltzer (Mercer); her grandparents, Burt and Pearl Mercer; her husband Leland "Glenn" Adams; her son Michael R. Mapes; her brother John D. Sneltzer; her nephew David L. Hrovatic; and her niece Debra L. Barker.
She is survived by: her children, Robert E. Mapes of California, Jodi Kiko (Russell) of Salem and Jami Turnbull (Robb) of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Maggie, Chad, Tyler, Chloe, Wyatt, Lizzie, Ward, Wayden and Elaina; her great grandchildren, Logan and Maverick; and her siblings, Delores Capel and Richard Sneltzer of Salem.
