He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Mieczkowski and Bernice Zygmuntowski Mieczkowski; his son Shawn Mieczkowski; his grandson Cullen Mieczkowski; and his brother Frank Mieczkowski.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Catherine "Cassie" Mieczkowski; his son Thomas Mieczkowski (Robin) of Bethel Park, PA; his brothers, Henry Mieczkowski (Charmain) and Thomas 'Tootsie' Mieczkowski (Jan); his daughter Diane Habash (Rick) of Sunbury, OH; his sister Irene Yoho; and his daughter-in-law Vicki Mieczkowski. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
