He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Hartline and Ruth Russell Hartline; his wife Della Mae Hartline; and his brother Bruce Hartline. He is survived by: his children, Terry Travis (Gary), Lisa Toepher and James McEndree (Ann); his grandchildren, Amanda Johnson (William), Tabatha Firlik (Tyler) and Michael Hager (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Bryce, Hassan, Adonis, Silas, Caitlyn and Mila Mae; his great great grandchild Kinsleigh; and his siblings, Carl Hartline, Janet Ferron and Kathy Ray. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
