He is survived by: his wife Jean Penoyer Merryman; his children, Christe Lepi (Jeff), Tracey Ruby (Adam) and Charles "Todd" Merryman (Noelle); his grandchildren, Audra, Tyler, Luke, Hannah, Alyssa, Cain, Chase, Faith and Emma; and his brothers, Guy Merryman (Laurie), Gordon Merryman (Barbara) and Jon Merryman (Debbie). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
