She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Koziuk and Mildred Koziuk (Kollar); and her brothers, Edward Zink and Jospeh Zink. She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Shaffer (Steven) of Toronto, OH; her grandchildren, Christopher Warzinski of Toronto, Adrian Wilson (Emilee) of Napoleon, OH and Ciarra Wilson of St. Petersburg, FL; and her stepgrandchildren, Ron Shaffer of Steubenville and Sandra Shaffer of Toronto. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and six nieces and nephews.
