He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan G. Moffat and Ruby Moffat (Sizemore); his wife Linda Rae Moffat (Rupert); his daughter Ashlee Rae Miller; and his sister Patricia Ann "Patty" Moffat.
He is survived by: his children, Allan Moffat (Jolene) of Wintersville, OH and Jamie Lin Moffat of Wintersville, OH; and his brother Kyle Moffat of Mingo Junction, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, with one more great-grandchild.
