He is survived by: his close friend James Higgins of Wintersville; his siblings, James Chung Kinney (Cheryl) of Richmond, Sharon Reynolds (Mark) of Snellville and Janeen Kinney of New Smyrna Beach; and his nieces and nephews, Trina Thweatt (James) of Yuma, Harold Lee Adams (Kathy) of Richmond, John Kemmer of Snellville, Dawn Hubler (Aaron) of Snellville, Adam Kuruc (Emily) of Dacula, Angela Berdine of Mingo Junction, Steve Reynolds of Snellville, Jason Kinney of Richmond and Kristol Hemshrodt (Ryan) of Kenton.
He was involved as a trustee in "The Charles M. and Thelma M. Pugliese Charitable Foundation" and also involved in the "Albaugh and Wherry Charitable Foundation.".
