He is survived by: his uncle Frank De Bellis of Cincinnati, OH; and his cousins, Lisa, Michael Biasi of Steubenville, Dawn De Bellis of Indianapolis, IN, Karen, Paul Vahalik of Perrysburg, OH, Debbie, John Colangelo of Canton, OH, Pam and Joe Walker of Mosely, VA..
