We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2025, at the age of 78, Saundra Lee Truax of Wintersville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry T. Thompson and Madelene McKinney Chapman; and her stepparents, Raymond Chapman and Mamie Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Jim Truax; her children, Eric, Sean and Lisa Billick (Truax); her grandchildren, Meghan Stiffler (Nathan), Cody Billick, Madelene Billick (Devan Roksandich), Gabriel, Tristan, Julian, Noah, Elle and Tatianna Truax; her great grandchildren, Baylor Roksandich and Beau Stiffler; her sister Cathy Magazzeni; and her stepbrothers, Ray Chapman and Alan Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home (3219 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062). An entombment will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at the Chapel Hill Memorial Garden.
