She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Main and Matilda McCulley Main; her husband John Ohalek; and her siblings, Robert Main, Harold Main, Phyllis Ullery and Margaret Marie Main.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Ohalek (Diana), John A. Ohalek (Tracy), Tim Ohalek (Valerie) and Terry Lynne Bartels (Terry); her sister-in-law Blanche Ohalek Babela; and her niece Lori Ullery DeFallo. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren & 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A vigil service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home (215 Fernwood Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (1521 Bantam Ridge Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953).
