He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Tyson (Smith) and William Bennett Tyson; and his son James David Kinemond (Jimmy). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Tyson (Verhovec); his daughter Kimberly Pentes (Geoffrey); his grandchildren, Christopher Pentes (Kaylee), Ryan Pentes (Jordan) and Megan Pentes; his sister Sharon Fray; his nieces, Toni and Shari; and his nephew Michael.
