He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Barker and Garnett Wright Barker Sr.; and his former wife Sandra Bolon Barker. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Jefferis (TJ), Russell Barker (Dawn), Joy Duvall (Wayne), Joyce Barker, David Barker, Terri Cross (Troy) and John Barker (Deanna); his stepson Shane Steele; and his sister Judi Foster (Butch). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren, many-many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Bauer Turner Funeral Home (100 S Paul St, Woodsfield, OH 43793). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
