He is survived by: his wife Penni Roe Crum; his children, Samantha Crum of Woodsfield, Ohio and Jonathan Crum of Woodsfield, Ohio; and his sister Thelma Whitt of Campbellsville, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
