She was predeceased by: her parents, George Roth and Rita Schultz Shreves; her son Kitt Crooks; and her brothers, Francis Aubrey and Shannon Shreves.
She is survived by: her children, Tondra Crooks of Flushing, Ohio and Cory Roth of Rayland, Ohio; and her sister Melanie Masi of Winston-Salem. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
