She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Walter and Laura Bauman Walter; her husband Harlan; and her sisters, Joanne Oehler of Woodsfield and Charlotte Schuerman of Woodsfield.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Billman (Kate), Laura Cline (Wayne), Linda Manneschmidt (Charles), Mark Billman (Misty) and Lisa Potts (Kevin); her grandchildren, Benjamin Cline (Angela), Adrienne Shelton (Mike), Jason Billman, Eric Billman (Alexandra), Alicia Billman Hulbert, Sebastian Billman, Dillon Potts (Megan) and Taylor Koehler (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Chloe Cline, Kynlie Cline, Michael, Zachary Billman, Lane, Luke Shelton, Foster, Quillan Hulbert, Miles, Ruby Billman, Lincoln Billman Jones, Cooper, Beau and Avery Kohler.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ (303 S Main St, Woodsfield, OH 43793).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Paul's UCC or Crossed Paws Animal Shelter.
