He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Secoy Rinkes. He is survived by: his wife Helen Marlene Patterson Rinkes; his son Chuck Rinkes (Amanda) of Morgantown; his brother Tom Rinkes (Patty) of Martins Ferry, Ohio; and his grandson Benjamin David Rinkes.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Watters Funeral Home (37501 OH-78, Woodsfield, OH 43793). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
