He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Hess and Dora Mae Hudson Decker; and his brother Allen Hess. He is survived by: his daughter Marsha Dunn (Brian) of Jerusalem; and his grandchildren, Brian Dunn, Jr., Anthony Dunn and Angel Dunn.
