He is survived by: his children, Janice Massey (William) of Malta, Ohio, Gary Cook (Judy) of Woodsfield and Mike Cook (Gail) of Flatgap, Kentucky. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; eleven step-great-grandchildren.
