He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Bippus and Frances Bippus (Dozier); and his brothers, Gene and Norbert Bippus. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his brother Kenny Bippus of Sebring, Florida.; his child Ladoska Neff of Middletown, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Allana, Timo, Rexleigh, De'Shanae, Drey, Varrick, Raif, Zion, Lynly, Austin and Harlen. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations be made to New Life Church.
