He is survived by : his wife Patricia Shipp Lewis; his children, Terri Milosavljeric (Mark), Rick Lewis (Amy) and Rusty Lewis; his sister-in-law Sandra Wedderien (Larry); his grandchildren, Jaime Milosavljevic, Jonathan Milosavljevic (Rebecca), Sylvia Rutherford (Samuel), Cole Lewis (Brittany), Jesse Lewis (Whitney), Chris Pfalzgraph (Leigh Ann), Gina Ball, Jenny Ball, Laycie Ball, Megan Ball and Bella Ball; his great grandchildren, Dakota (Kyleigh), Brandon, Marky, Leah, Ally, Noah, Norah, Brooks, Lyla and Peyton; and his great great grandchildren, Rowan and Grayson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
