He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kirkbride Palmer of Woodsfield; his son Christopher Palmer of Olin; his grandsons, Christopher Palmer and Anthony Quickle; and his great grandchild Jameson Palmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
