He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Western and Frances Lula Ricer Baker; his wife Lana Lynn Potts Baker; and his siblings, Charles, Bob, Claude, John, Ray, Paul, Floyd, Ed and Mary Stevens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Mahoney (Missy) of Woodsfield and Melissa Hooper (Todd) of Antioch; his grandchildren, Erica Carte, Brittany Frank (Colten), Josie, Summer Mahoney, Raelynn and Hadley Baker; and his great grandchildren, Miles, Alana Carte, Allie and Lane Frank. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
