She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Miller and Martha Miller (Mohler); her son Robert "Bob" Price; and her siblings, Annabell Bitting, Dottie Welsh, Wayne Miller and Bobby Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Kearns (Bob) and Randy Ballard; her siblings, Ruby Wagoner, Berniece Miller and William Miller; her grandchildren, Kaleigh Ballard, Randall Ballard, Jonny Miller, Jason Price and Nadine Price; and her great grandchildren, Mia Triplett, Octavia Triplett, Sophia Miller and Karsyn Miller.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bauer Turner Funeral Home (100 S Paul St, Woodsfield, OH 43793). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
