It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Monahan of Woodsfield, Ohio, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar Stewart and Jean Reah Stewart; her daughter Kimberly Sefert; and her siblings, Jerry Stewart and Judy Stewart.

She is survived by : her husband Randy Monahan; her sons, Benji Monahan (Valoree) of Woodsfield and Bradly Monahan; her son-in-law Randall Sefert of Woodsfield, Ohio; her brothers, Harold Stewart (Wendy) of Powhatan and David Stewart of Panama City, Florida; her grandchildren, Logan (Christina), Lakelyn (Nate), Luke, Lorelei, Parker, Perspohne and Sophieona; and her great grandchild Chevelle.
