He is survived by: his children, Diana Clark (Jerry) of Woodsfield, Michelle Warner (Chuck) of Summerfield, Ohio and David Butler (Tiffany) of Barnesville, Ohio; his siblings, Carol Gallagher of Quaker City, Audrey Crum of Caldwell, Delores Wells (Mark) of Jerusalem, Ohio and Marvin Butler (Lisa) of Barnesville, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Victoria Christman (Tate), Nathan Clark (Bre), Chase Warner (Kaci), Marissa McKee (Ethan), Macy Stack (Damien), Chandler Warner (Madison), Tessa McKnight (PJ), Zachary and Sophia Butler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, special friends, and neighbors.
