He was predeceased by : his father Homer; his wife Evelyn "Chub" Headley; and his sisters, Sharon Huffman and Debbie Hedger. He is survived by : his sons, Aaron Headley (Tasha) of Woodsfield and Steven Headley of Billings Montana; his grandchild Jaime Swartz (Levi) of Findlay; his siblings, Jeanie Carpenter of Whipple, Shirley Thompson of Marietta, Kim Chaplin of Woodsfield, James Headley (Wendy) and Marlin Headley (Debbie) of Woodsfield; and his grandchildren, Isabella, Taylor and Dillon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
