He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Henthorn and Margaret Craig Henthorn; his brothers, Lonnie, Kermit, Jim and Wayne Henthorn; and his sister-in-law Kay Henthorn.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sherry Wilson of Woodsfield and Florence Jean Dawson of New Martinsville; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Henthorn of Woodsfield, Ohio, Tawnya Henthorn of Woodsfield, Ohio and Janet Henthorn of Woodsfield, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
