She was predeceased by : her parents, Edwin Carl Hart and Mary Jo Lang Hart; her husband Carl Richard Ady; her siblings, Robert Burgett, Edwin Hart and Jolena Hart; and her grandson Christian Ady.

She is survived by : her children, Chastity Pletcher (Chris) of Beallsville, Destanie Hart of Powhatan Point, Tom Ady (Michelle), Todd Ady and Carla Ady (Matt); her brother Jeff Hart (Cricket) of Barnesville; and her grandchildren, Katelyn, Nathaniel Pletcher, Kyle, Austin, Brant, Gracie Baker, Cody, Trenton, Ethan, Chase, Skylar Ady, Garrett, Dylan, Tristin Ady and Everland Marie.

Memorial contributions may be made in Vickie's name in care of Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio 43793.
