With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny A. Talbot of Woodville, Ohio, born in Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on May 13, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Gray and Ruth Gray (Fought); her husband William Talbot; and her grandsons, Jake and Jack Markin.
She is survived by : her daughters, Jodi Weltin (Richard) of Fremont, Jennifer Talbot of Sandusky, JoAnn Markin (Bryan) of Burgoon and Juli (Hanna); her grandchildren, Felicia, Shelbi (Ruba), Courtney, Briann, Cody, Nick, Taylor, Kennedi, Nathan, Hanna, Kylie and Zachery; and her siblings, Gary Gray (Jill) of Fremont and Linda Minich of Minnesota. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a great-niece and great-nephew.
