With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amber L. Bolen of Wooster, Ohio, who passed away on July 3, 2021 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James and Gerry Haven. She is survived by: her parents, Gary "Rod" Bolen and Wendy Haven Cook; her children, Tatum and Analiese; her grandparents, John and Opal Thompson of Wooster; and her siblings, Kyle Bolen of Wooster, Rodney L. Bolen of Wooster and Jakob Cook of Wooster. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
