She is survived by: her children, Amy Hart (Gary) of Wooster and Michael Smith (Melissa) of Wesley Chapel, Florida; her grandchildren, Zachary, Kaitlyn Hoffa and Emma Smith; and her siblings, Larry Martin of Big Prairie, Patricia S. Doolittle (Dan) of Walnut Creek and Nancy Shaffer (Jim) of Wooster.
