He is survived by: his parents, Michael Carbone of Shreve and Sierra Wiliamson of Shreve; his sister Brooklyn Carbone; his grandparents, Nick Carbone, Angie Worthington and Jim Worthington; his great-grandparents, Gwen Worthington and Dee Ann Gentry; his uncle Tyler Worthington; his aunt Ashley Worthington; and his cousins, Layla and Lilyana Blair.
