She was predeceased by: her brother Marvin Bush. She is survived by: her children, James E. Smith Jr. (Sheryl) of Wooster, Tammy Kopina (Al) of Wooster and Brian Smith (Brooke); her grandchildren, Jason Smith (Megan McCabe), Carissa Timko (Josh), Ryan Kopina (Julia), Matt Kopina (Mariah Wright), Allyson Kopina (Tim Randall), Dustin Smith (Samantha Kelly), Colton Smith, Veronica Gillispie (Aaron) and Elizabeth Smith; her great grandchildren, Faith, Kylie, Lillyan Timko, Kaleigh Kopina, Ramzie and Zane Smith; and her brothers, Charles Bush (Marjean) and Danny Bush (Ellen).
