He was predeceased by: his parents, George Klenovich and Caroline Simer Klenovich; and his wife Judith Clark. He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Rhamy (Lynn) of Colorado Springs, CO, Cheryl Pilny (Ted) of Chagrin Falls, George Klenovich of Wooster and Charles Klenovich, Jr. of Centerville; his grandchildren, Sarah Widener (Jeremy), Craig Rhamy (Chris), Nick Rhamy (Heidi), Stacey Urbanowicz, Mark Urbanowicz, Kim Mion (Mike), Noah Klenovich (Emily), Mischa Klenovich (Kendra), Mariah Klenovich (Justin) and Isaiah Klenovich; his stepgrandchildren, Theo Pilny and Jessica Pilny; and his sisters, Barb Gantar (John) of McDonald and Carol Morocco (Lou) of McDonald. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
