She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bates and Blanche Bates (Hardgrove); her husband Richard C. "Dick" Eisenbrei; her grandson Courtney Harlan Jr.; and her granddaughter-in-law Samantha Harlan.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Reynolds (Ralph) of Beavercreek, Carol Harlan (Courtney) of Seville and Richard Eisenbrei (Andrea) of Louisville, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Hilary Grey (Brian), Lindsey Dean (Brian), Benjamin Harlan, Jill Nikolopoulos (Jack), Erin Tarney (Ben), Malorie Eisenbrei Rice (Ben) and Daria Eisenbrei. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
