He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas White and Jean Wells White; and his brother Thomas White. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Kelley Forsythe (Steven) of Pickerington, Sheri Spaziani (Barry) of Pittsburg, Shelly Babson of Sandusky and Keri Palmer of Ashland; his grandchildren, Brittany, Justin, Connor, Dale, David, Griffin, Nicholas, Veronica, Rosemarie and Bridgett; his great grandchildren, Bennett and Sage; and his siblings, Dennis White (Juanita) of Oxford and Laura Cosner of New Hope, Pennsylvania..
