He is survived by: his wife Jan (Joann) of Sheffield Village, Ohio; his children, Mark Canankamp (Tina) of Wadsworth, Jayne Crunelle, Denise Broda (Marty) and Brent Ellsworth (Patti); his daughter-in-law Masae Ellsworth; his brother John Canankamp (Mary) of Wooster; Lori Garcia (Larry) and Kathie Richmond of Lake Wales, Florida.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
Dave supported several local charities, and memorial contributions may be made in his name to a local charity of the donor's choice.
