He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy D. Rogers and Velma Hawley Rogers; his spouse Sandy Winkler; and his sister Barbara Rogers. He is survived by: his son Todd Rogers (Stacey) of Wooster; his stepsons, Brian Winkler (Jodi) of Creston, Tim Winkler (Deb) of Creston and Dan Winkler (Lindsay) of Sterling; and his sister Joyce Varns (Gene) of Wooster.
