She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Kofsky (Kenneth) of Powell and Deborah Monaghan of Wooster; her grandchildren, Krista Miller (Jim) of Apple Creek, Steven Kofsky (Meghan Dunne) of Brooklyn, NY, Michael Kofsky (Liza) of Denver and Amy Carmony of Wooster; her great grandchildren, Hailey Houtenbrink, Khaniya Kofsky, Aedan and Annabelle Carmony; her siblings, Robert, Don Butler (Joyce), John Butler (Marsha) and Alice Bowers (Robert); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Butler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
