He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eric Franklin and Mary Ann Knowlton. He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Hazemy (Tina) of Wooster and Crystal Franklin (Jeff Christian) of Wooster; his sister Amber Rose Franklin of Wooster; his stepsiblings, Stefanie McHenry (Mark) of Wooster, Mitchell Boreman of Wooster and Danielle Arnold (Robert) of Akron; and his grandparents, Audrey Franklin of Wooster and Brent Knowlton of Canton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
