She was predeceased by: her parents, Sabatino Santangelo and Flavia Gasbarre Santangelo; her husband Donald E. Keltz; her siblings, Frederick Santangelo, James Santangelo, Joseph Santangelo Farrell, Ray Gasbarre, Ben Gasbarre, Father Francis Gasbarre, Carl Casper, Joe Gasbarre, Mary Santangelo, Mary Lou Conn and Virginia Del Propost; and her great grandchildren, Tyler and Travis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Ann Smith (Stephen) of Corvallis, OR, Bonita Louise Roman (late Roger) of Hayesville and Donna Jean Bowman (James) of Wooster; and her grandchildren, Michelle Joyner (Kevin), Eric Smith (Stacey), Adam Smith (Ramona), Jennifer Luebbert (Garet), Diana Winchell (Cody), Roger Roman, Jr. (Valerie), Andrea Roman, Jodie Drake (Gil), Mindy Henderson (Rob) and Stacy Safarik (Chris). She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
