He is survived by: his parents, Harry Hoitink and Judy Pendelton Hoitink; his brothers, Dr. John Hoitink (Britt Johnson) of Rock Hill, SC and Craig; his nephews, Benjamin and William Hoitink of Rock Hill, SC; and his aunt Jane Pendleton of Naples, FL.
