He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Holly Amstutz of Orrville and Steven Amstutz (Barbara) of Wooster; his brother Ed Amstutz of Wooster; his daughter Emily Amstutz; his grandson Donnell Chappell; and his brothers, Delbert Amstutz of Arizona, Bill Amstutz of Creston and Gene Amstutz of Wooster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
