He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Nellie Hayes; and his great grandchild Elleanor Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Norita Elaine Dravenstott; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Patrick Bertsch of Wooster; his son Loren; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Patterson of Pataskala; his granddaughter Grace Patterson; and his grandson-in-law Justin Hayes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.
